I'm a career programmer with 30 years of diverse experience. 
In recent years: I've co-authored the software package that Microsoft used in the courtroom to defend their antitrust suit, I was a team member on the 1998 HMS Titanic expedition, and I converted Annapolis' online Web newspaper from a manually generated site to an automated publishing system.

In my personal time I designed and built my new energy efficient home in the mountains of Western Maryland, and I'm an active coach on two student robotic teams.  Most recently, one team won the 2006 Chesapeake Regional  FIRST Robotics Competition.
